Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance or pre-contractual measures).

Third-party service: For processing contact form submissions, I use EmailJS (EmailJS.com), a service provided by EmailJS International Ltd, UK. Your submitted data will be transmitted to EmailJS servers for the sole purpose of delivering the message to my email address. EmailJS's privacy policy can be found at https://www.emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy/.

Data retention: Your data will be stored until your request has been processed and any follow-up questions have been answered. After that, the data will be deleted unless legal retention obligations prevent this. In any case, I will not store your contact data for longer than 3 years after the last contact.

4. Cookies and Analytics

This website uses only technically necessary cookies, which are essential for the basic functionality of the site. These cookies do not collect any personal information and are automatically deleted when you close your browser.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). My legitimate interest is to ensure the proper functioning of my website.

This website does not use any analytics services that track or analyze user behavior.
